Our Attorney Based Process

Through our attorney network, we provide an aggressive approach to becoming free of unsecured debts. Our program is appropriate for debtors with a serious amount of debt who are considering credit counseling or bankruptcy. Our goal is to discover an optimal solution to help you lower your debts, deal with your creditors and put you on the road to financial freedom.

A typical settlement can reduce debt balances and your monthly payments by approximately 50%. For example, an account with a $20,000 balance can be negotiated down to $10,000 or lower while you enjoy lower payments and increased savings. Call us to find out if you qualify and learn more about saving with an attorney debt settlement program through USA Debt Professionals.*

Even better than simply saving money is that once the settlement payment is made, your accounts will be satisfied - meaning you no longer have any of your original debt outstanding. If being free of unsecured debts in as little as 2-3 years for as little as half of what you owe sounds good, give one of our debt advisors a call to discuss your specific situation.*

The Attorney Debt Settlement Program

At USA Debt Professionals we offer a simple 6-step program:

  • Call us or submit your information online for your FREE consultation. We will assess your unique situation and with our state of the art software we can immediately determine your monthly budget payments and your debt-free time frame.
  • Enroll in an attorney debt settlement program through USA Debt Professionals. Once the Enrollment Package has been authorized and sent back, our Enrollment Department and Attorneys will review and determine how you qualify for our program benefits. Once accepted you will start saving in your designated account the monthly budget payments on the start date agreed upon.
  • Stop Creditor Harassment. Once you're enrolled, you will receive our welcome package which includes helpful tips on how to handle creditor calls and stop creditor harassment. We offer several solutions to assist you and will contact your creditors directly in an attempt to handle all future creditor communications.
  • Debt Negotiation. After funds have accumulated to make reasonable offers, we begin to negotiate with your creditors individually. Typically, we attempt to reduce debts by at least 50% of your balances. We stay in contact with you to keep you informed of your situation. Please note, it may take several months of savings before we are in a position to make settlement offers.
  • Debt Settlement. When a settlement has been reached with your creditors, you will be notified through e-mail or fax and a phone call. We inform you of all reasonable offers and will request your authorization for the settlement amount.
  • Accounts Settled with Credit Agencies. We document the settlement so no further action will be required on that account. Your creditors then may report to the credit bureaus that your account was “settled for less then the full amount” or “settled.” Either way, you no longer owe on this account and the balance is zero.

Congratulations, you are now free of that debt!!!

After the program, we can assist you in finding credible financial sources for credit repair, purchasing a home, financing a car and any type of financial services you may need. We want you to become debt free and start building strategies for building personal wealth. It all becomes easier when you have peace of mind by being debt free.
