Our Organization's Process
We provide an aggressive approach to becoming free of unsecured debts. Our program is appropriate for debtors with a serious amount of debt who are considering credit counseling or bankruptcy. Our goal is to discover an optimal solution to help you lower your debts, deal with your creditors and put you on the road to financial freedom.
The Program
At USA Debt Professionals we offer a simple 5-step program:
- Call us or submit your information online for your FREE consultation. We will assess your unique situation and with our state of the art software we can immediately determine your monthly payments and your estimated settlement time frame.
- Once you have had your initial consultation, an Attorney will review and determine if debt resolution is appropriate. Once accepted you will start saving in your designated account the monthly budget payments on the start date agreed upon.
- Contacting Creditors. Our system is linked to myfax.com and we can send faxes to your creditors with the click of a button. Once you're enrolled, we contact your creditors directly in an attempt to assist with future communications. You will receive our welcome package which includes helpful tips on how to handle creditor calls.
- Debt Negotiation. After funds have accumulated to make reasonable offers, we begin to negotiate with your creditors individually. We stay in contact with you by calling you at least once a month to keep you informed of your situation. Please note, it may take several months of savings before we are in a position to make settlement offers.
- Debt Resolution. When a settlement has been reached with your creditors, you will be notified through e-mail or fax and a phone call. We inform you of all reasonable offers and will request your authorization for the settlement amount. We document the settlement so no further action will be required on that account.
