Your Choices
USA Debt Professionals
Our ultimate goal is to save you the most possible money and have you debt free in the shortest amount of time. Our debt resolution program as it works to reduce your balances and could save you thousands when compared to Credit Counseling while helping you avoid the harsh impacts of bankruptcy. Our team of negotiators has extensive experience and knowledge in negotiating debt. We have an impeccable relationship with most creditors and collection agencies, which are usually very demanding in negotiating with the consumer directly.
Bankruptcy
Ch. 7 will remove all your debt and leave you debt free just like our debt resolution process. This is the best solution for individuals who can't afford to make the monthly payment on the debt resolution program. The debt resolution program payment is typically much lower than the minimum payments to creditors; so if you can't afford that, you should be considering a bankruptcy. A Bankruptcy could affect job applications and will affect credit, but it will give you a fresh start. We also recommend a bankruptcy consultation if you have no job and no assets as that is the perfect time to get a fresh start.
Ch. 13 Bankruptcy will have you pay back a portion of your debts. You submit your information to the court just like in the Ch. 7, but you have to pay back a percentage of your debt that is determined based upon how much income and assets that you have available. This choice can have some consumers paying back more then our debt resolution program while having the affects of a bankruptcy on your credit. We only recommend this type of bankruptcy when a client is concerned about losing their home or vehicle. If unsecured debt is your primary concern, our legal debt resolution model is most likely more appropriate.
Bankruptcy should always be looked at as the last resort.
Credit Counseling
This option helps to reduce your interest rates and consolidate all your bills into one simple monthly payment. The payment is typically lower than your minimum payments and puts you on the fast track to paying off your debts in 5 years or less. This saves you thousands when compared to only paying the minimums as more of your payments go to principal. We typically only recommend credit counseling to consumers with less than $10,000 worth of unsecured debts or to clients concerned about their credit score. In this option, the process can take twice as long as debt resolution and you could end up paying twice as much. Your creditors do get paid on a monthly basis and but your credit may still be affected.
Do Nothing
The graph below shows how doing nothing will add thousands of dollars and many years to your debt problems. The graph shows the reality of the ridiculous fees and rates you will face while having debt with creditors who can adjust your rates at any time. The average credit card lasts over 20 years if you don’t take action. If you are paying more than 15% in interest or see more than 50% of your payment go to just interest, you should take action and we are here to help.

It is not intended to compare results between programs as each program has different costs, benefits and risks including creditor cooperation. Individual results will vary based on circumstances, including your ability to save sufficient funds and complete the program.
Do It Yourself
Creditors/ Collection Agents/ Loss Mitigation Departments are not staffed by the same people that work at Disney. These people are trained to intimidate and disrupt your life. This process doesn’t eliminate your debt overnight and no one wants to go to bed thinking about the next day’s call from the creditors. Expert Psychologist’s agree that debt problems will lead to problems with health, jobs, and relationships if there is no solution in sight. So making the decision to go into the UNKNOWN battlefield of debt settlements may cause undue stress and by no means guarantees a total savings greater then hiring attorneys to do the work for you. Unless you are a business owner who has settled your own debts before or is familiar with contract law, we suggest you utilize a PROFESSIONAL. Our technology, experience, and database of past settlements will make this process simple so you can think about the more enjoyable things in life.
It’s not easy or fun, but if you are willing to devote the necessary time and educate yourself, you can be successful. Our negotiators have read the 300+ page book written by Norman Perlutter, “How to Settle Your Debts Without Committing Financial Suicide.” The financial suicide would be filing for bankruptcy. This is a must read if you want to have the knowledge you will need to battle with billion dollar companies that are expert at hiding things in the fine print and using debt psychology against you.
Even with the education, you won’t have our experience, representation, or leverage in negotiating reductions with creditors. You will also expend a great deal more time thinking about your debt as opposed to letting us worry about it. In addition, there are no guarantees you will produce better results than paying professionals to do this work for you. So if you want to focus on your family more and debt less, give us a call at (877) 543-770 and we’ll be glad to help.
